On October 15, CBS news journalist Bob Schieffer will moderate the third Presidential debate, focusing on domestic issues. PICO has created a web-based form letter to send to Bob Schieffer, encouraging him to ask the candidates a question about how they will address America’s uninsured children and where they stand on reauthorizing SCHIP.  Click on this link to access the letter.  We hope you will take a minute to send in this letter and pass on the link to people in your network. 

With nine million children still uninsured in the U.S. and SCHIP due to expire less than 80 days into the next Administration, Americans deserve to know more about the candidates’ positions on these important children’s health issues.
