About Us
The New England Alliance for Children’s Health is a coalition of:

• Community and business leaders
• Healthcare and child advocates
• Hospitals and healthcare providers
• Educators
• Legal experts
• Interfaith organizations
• Families and consumers

Together, these individuals and groups are working to improve access and coverage to the highest quality healthcare for all children. The Alliance is an initiative of Community Catalyst, a national nonprofit advocacy organization that builds consumer and community participation in the shaping of the U.S. healthcare system. The Alliance has been made possible through support from Children’s Hospital Boston.

OUR GOALS:

1. Preservation: Preserve federal and state provisions in Medicaid and the State Children’s Health Insurance Program to ensure all eligible children have access to comprehensive benefits without financial barriers.
2. Expansion: Enhance access to care for all uninsured children of low-income families through expanded private and public healthcare coverage.
3. Quality: Improve the quality of children’s healthcare in New England.
4. Coalition: Build sustained support for children’s healthcare funding from policy makers, community leaders, businesses, families and individuals.
